EPUBTurn and CloudConvert: compare a real research PDF
A reviewed EPUBTurn result kept this paper’s passage order and numeric context, with an incomplete figure crop. CloudConvert had no published-paper output available at our free access check.

The real paper used for this comparison
An exhausted allowance cannot tell you how a converter handles a research paper. CloudConvert’s access check prevented a new submission here, so this guide makes no output-quality claim against CloudConvert. Instead, see what a reviewed EPUBTurn export retained from the published paper and decide whether the demonstrated reading task matches your PDF.
We publish EPUBTurn. The comparison uses the source and saved results so you can inspect the evidence.
How the EPUBTurn result was made
EPUBTurn’s initial automatic workflow stopped on page 7. Three equation image boundaries were manually corrected before a reviewed result was made. Competitor files use their stated defaults. The remaining figure defect was not repaired.
What the free route made available
CloudConvert’s existing free allowance was exhausted at the access check. We did not submit this published paper for conversion. No new EPUB was available to inspect. This access limit is not a finding about column or figure quality, and an earlier output from another document cannot fill the gap.
The article therefore compares workflow access with an EPUBTurn reading demonstration. Any EPUBTurn source/output panel shows only its own reviewed export; no head-to-head output result is claimed against CloudConvert.
What EPUBTurn retained—and what was clipped
EPUBTurn’s own reviewed export retained the ordered passages and the population conditions around the inspected numbers. The Figure 1 image contains all three visual panels but omits the lower x-axis labels and titles. Those observations demonstrate an EPUBTurn result only; no CloudConvert download exists for a matching output judgment.

Choose a permitted workflow, then judge its content
CloudConvert is a general format-conversion service. Its current account allowance may suit a different usage pattern. A free access limit is separate from paid output quality, which was not tested.
Browser captures use a 1280 × 900 view at 100% zoom. No native reader or device was tested. This paper has no scan or table-grid test; no accuracy or speed ranking is claimed.

We used original pages 1–10, omitting the final reference/licence page. No source wording was rewritten. Converted files and screenshot excerpts are adaptations.
If your current allowance prevents a CloudConvert trial, you can still inspect an allowed document with EPUBTurn’s free sample. Check a retained picture and the explanation around it. The up-to-ten-page automatic selection may leave later charts untested; no result here predicts CloudConvert’s paid route.
