Send to Kindle errors: separate transfer from conversion
Consult Amazon’s current error guidance and record the exact message. Keep delivery problems separate from errors visible inside the reading file.

What this guide establishes
Use the linked Kindle instructions for transfer controls. No physical Kindle test is claimed here. The published-paper archive checks establish saved text and figure content, not the behaviour of that device.
For a file to inspect, download the source and reviewed EPUBTurn export from the published research-paper comparison. The export required three corrected equation crops and has clipped lower chart-axis labels. Record your model, software and transfer route. Distinguish import rejection from a missing passage after import.
Write down the exact transfer error
Keep the submitted EPUB and record the message, submission method and destination account. Check Amazon’s current Send to Kindle guidance for supported formats and transfer conditions. Do not repeatedly reconvert a PDF before you know whether the error concerns file acceptance, the account or delivery. A transfer problem can occur before the EPUB’s paragraphs are ever displayed.
Separate acceptance from arrival
A service accepting a file does not necessarily mean the intended device immediately shows it. Check the destination and current service instructions without changing the source. Preserve the downloaded EPUB so another submission does not become a different unidentified version. Consult official support if the specific message is not explained by the current instructions.
Check reading after delivery
Once the file arrives, open a familiar section and change body text size. Follow a paragraph and inspect a figure. Delivery success does not establish that conversion preserved order or content. If the EPUB already opens poorly in another reader, investigate the reading file separately from Amazon delivery. Keep the PDF as the reference while troubleshooting either stage.
A concrete example
Confirm the submitted file, destination account and service status before changing paragraphs. Repeatedly converting the same PDF cannot fix a delivery problem caused by the wrong account.
Preserve a known input while troubleshooting
Rename the downloaded file only to make its identity clear, not to disguise another unsupported format as EPUB. Keep the unchanged copy and record which copy you submitted. If a provider reports a file problem, inspect that same file with a local reader or structural checker before generating multiple replacements.
After any new conversion, change the version identifier so you can tell whether delivery involved the original or revised file. If the issue is account destination or submission conditions, changing the body text is irrelevant. Once the transfer succeeds, return to the reading checklist and compare the actual delivered edition with the source; do not end the investigation at a successful upload message.
Avoid posting private file contents in a public support thread. The exact error and file type may be enough to begin diagnosis. Follow the provider’s support instructions for additional details. A delivery investigation does not require exposing a document to unrelated services merely to see whether a different upload button works.
Conversion and Amazon delivery solve different problems
EPUBTurn supplies a PDF reading edition; it does not resolve an Amazon account or delivery error. Follow Amazon’s current guidance for that error. If the original PDF itself is uncomfortable to read, try an EPUBTurn sample as a separate reading decision, then check its paragraphs and illustrations before transfer. The sample includes up to 10 automatically selected pages and may omit difficult features. Current EPUBTurn limits are 200 MB per upload and 100 pages for full conversion.
Resolve delivery separately from the reading copy
Use the actual NASA sample EPUB as a saved reading file when you need to distinguish local opening from transfer rejection. Its inspected archive content does not prove Kindle delivery. Resolve Amazon account and submission errors through Amazon’s guidance; use EPUBTurn only when a new edition of the original PDF is the task.
