What a page credit buys
EPUBTurn uses page credits for paid conversion. The number of credits required is shown before you continue; read that number rather than assuming the number of screens in your EPUB will match the printed pages. Increasing font size creates more reading screens but does not mean the original PDF contains more pages. The checkout shows the pack, price and currency before payment. This guide deliberately does not publish a fixed price that could become stale.
Read the actual confirmation before budgeting
Check the page count of the document you intend to convert, then inspect the sample. The sample contains up to ten automatically selected pages, so a chart that matters to you may be absent. Record that gap rather than assuming it was checked.
Before full conversion, read the displayed credit requirement and your usable balance. Confirm the document is within the current 100-page limit and 200 MB upload limit. Page count and file size are separate measurements; neither supplies a cash price. Read the checkout amount and currency before purchasing credits.
Credits and money refunds are different
The terms say eligible page credits are returned if the service fails before a page is delivered. A restored credit is available to use again; it is not automatically a card refund. The refund policy explains when payment records can be reviewed and when a cash refund may be considered. Read those current terms before purchasing, particularly if the sample already shows a source-related formatting problem. If a payment needs review, contact the published support address with account and payment details rather than emailing the PDF.
Calculate the credit gap, then check the pack price
Open the page-credit worksheet or save the CSV. Enter required credits from the actual conversion confirmation and your usable account balance. Additional credits needed are the required amount minus that balance, with a minimum of zero.
As an arithmetic example only, 60 required credits and a 25-credit balance leave a 35-credit gap. That does not mean a 60-page PDF necessarily costs 60 credits, nor that sampled pages are automatically deducted; the current confirmation supplies the actual requirement. Compare the credit gap with the chosen pack size, then read checkout’s total, currency and any applicable tax before paying.
A purchased pack can leave unused credits, so a document’s credits consumed and the cash paid for a pack are different records. The worksheet is not a quote or live estimator. No dated checkout price has been verified for this article; do not infer prices from internal processing costs. Consult credit returns and refunds if a run fails.
Price the actual document after inspecting it
The actual cookbook measures EPUB gives you a concrete scan-reading trial before committing to a larger document. Its selected measurement pages do not price the unsampled pages. Use the confirmation’s required credits and checkout currency for your own source, not the number of pictures or a claimed generic conversion price. The worksheet records that decision; the downloaded example is not a quote.
Check the sample first, then use the confirmed credit requirement to plan full conversion.
